Beginning with the April 2022 production period and continuing on a monthly basis thereafter, those shippers operating production assets upstream of
Gatherer’s master meters shall be required to email master meter take-in-kind (TIK) data worksheet(s) to Equitrans Gas Management by no later than 5
business days prior to the first day of the applicable production month.
Please note that:
1. The foregoing TIK data worksheets shall now serve as predetermined allocations (PDA) for gathering invoicing, and as such, Gatherer shall not accept
intra-monthly revisions or actualized data;
2. Operating and non-operating parties may continue to view this data in the TIPS software system; and
3. All parties must confirm this data by no later than 3 business days prior to the first day of the applicable production month, otherwise Gatherer shall reflect
the last available confirmed data with respect to applicable production month invoicing
