    Equitrans Midstream has completed updates pertaining to our Measurement Portal.

    Note the previous Measurement Portal icon on the Citrix Receiver is greyed out. Users will need to add a new, updated Measurement Portal icon. Follow
    these steps to add the new Measurement Portal icon to the Citrix Receiver page:

    1. Navigate to the same Citrix Receiver page / URL you’ve used in the past https://midremote.equitransmidstream.com/logon/LogonPoint/tmindex.html

    2. Enter your User name and Password and click on “Log On”.

    3. You will be prompted to enter a verification code via text message. Enter the code and click on “Submit”.

    4. Click on “Log on” at the Citrix Receiver license information screen.

    5. To add the new Measurement Portal icon, click on the “+” sign located on the left-hand side of the Citrix Receiver page.

    6. Click on the All Apps link.

    7. Click on the “Measurement Portal – Edge” link which will add the Measurement Portal icon to the Citrix Receiver page.

    8. Going forward, the new “Measurement Portal – Edge” icon will be used to access the Measurement Portal.
