EQM Midstream Gathering is expecting limited flexibility to manage imbalances on its Ohio and Pennsylvania Gathering assets due to forecasted
colder weather.
As a result, EQM Midstream Gathering is notifying its customers of the possibility that nominations greater than actual flows will be reduced to
match actual flow or actual flow will need to be increased to match nominations.
Customers should monitor the Notices section of EQM Midstream Partners, LP - Gathering Informational Postings website for updates to this
posting.
