Equitrans Midstream is implementing system changes designed to enhance our system security. A key component of those changes involves the rollout of a
two-factor authentication system whereby our customers will be sent a security code via text message. Users will be required to enter the security code along
with their user ID and password to log in to the Equitrans Midstream Gas Management System. Accordingly, a cell phone number is required for all users of
the Gas Management System. Please be assured private cell phone numbers will be kept private and used for internal Equitrans Midstream Gas Management
System use only.
If you have not yet provided cell phone numbers for yourself and/or your users, please do so at your earliest convenience.
