Due to low flexibility of downstream pipelines and consistent underperformance in the ROM/Strike Force/Belmont area, EQT is notifying producers and
shippers of its daily intent to reduce nominations to minimize any unmanageable imbalance impact. Shippers and producers should expect this process to
remain in effect until further notice.
EQT will continue to work with shippers to adjust nominations to match projected flows. However, as a general guideline, prior to the ID3 confirmation
deadline, shippers with a current day accumulated short position (EQT is owed gas) may be reduced to bring nominations in line with projected imbalances.
Shippers should ensure rankings are updated to reflect priorities.
At a minimum, EQT will adjust shipper nominations for shortages received plus 4 hours more of expected outage.
Retro nominations and increases to cuts will not be addressed until completion of the gas day.
