To all Rate Schedule AGS Customers:
Equitrans is informing its AGS Customers that, effective with the January 2021 production month activity, Equitrans will no longer provide Gathering
Aggregation quantity estimates that reflect estimated deliveries to gathering system farm tap locations and to gathering system city gate interconnect
locations. AGS Customers are expected to manage imbalance levels in accordance with procedures outlined in Equitrans’ FERC Gas Tariff, Section 6 of Rate
Schedule AGS - Resolution of Imbalances.
