Effective July 1, 2021, all receipt points on the Equitrans gathering system which may continue to flow must have installed over pressure protection (OPP)
equipment which reflects a set point less than or equal to 21 pounds per square inch gauge (psig). Accordingly, please email Equitrans at
by May 24, 2021 to certify that all receipt points have installed OPP equipment that reflects a set point less
