Notice Text:
Please be advised that, effective on or about December 1, 2021, Eureka Midstream, LLC (Eureka) will begin commissioning facilities to support a change to
the condensate liquids management process for high pressure flows to its Carbide location such that customer condensate will no longer be trucked for sale,
but will be piped to and processed directly at Mark West’s Mobley Processing Facility (Mobley). Eureka estimates that commissioning activity will be
completed on or about December 15, 2021 (Condensate Transition Date), after which date all high-pressure condensate will flow to Mark West.
Accordingly, Eureka and Mark West have worked together to upgrade certain facilities to monitor, separate and measure both liquid and gas streams
delivered for processing. These upgrades will provide for safer movement of customer’s product, enhanced reliability on the rich gas system, reduced
environmental and safety risks and more immediate crediting to customer’s available supply at Mobley.
Please note that Eureka will continue to credit customer invoices to account for high pressure trucked condensate revenue up until the Condensate Transition
Date. Note also that piped condensate will be converted to Mcfe (Mcf Equivalent) on each Gas Day and reflected to customer as increased deliveries at
Mobley. Customers should incorporate the immediate realization of the Mcfe (Mcf Equivalent) of its liquid condensate when submitting nominations
following the Condensate Transition Date. The Mcfe will be accounted for in customer’s Mcf and MMBTU Mobley Deliveries represented on the Eureka
Flow Update sent each week. Please refer to your historic condensate data as a proxy for expected additional Mcf equivalent quantities following the
Condensate Transition Date.
Lastly, please note that the condensate liquids management process for low pressure flows to Carbide will not be impacted by the foregoing change such that
condensate reimbursement will continue via trucking operations. Note however that the customer reimbursement frequency may decline due to potentially
lower levels of condensate accumulating each month.
