Effective March 1, 2021, all gas volumes delivered to the WV North Gathering Aggregation Point (Hastings) will reflect actual fuel and LAUF applied to
Appalachian receipt point volumes associated with the WV North Aggregation Point. The foregoing change is necessary due to an allocation methodology
change to be implemented by Eastern Gathering and Processing, Inc. Equitrans will credit the difference between actual fuel and LAUF and the 9.5%
Gathering Retainage Factor (“WV North Fuel Credit”) to impacted Rate Schedule AGS customers as gas volumes received at the PA South Gathering
Aggregation Point (Waynesburg). WV North Fuel Credit volumes are to be nominated for delivery from the PA South Aggregation Point to the Equitrans
transmission system and will be excluded from the imbalance penalty calculation.
