Effective November 20, 2018, Equitrans Midstream (ETRN) will begin posting a weekly operational update notice for its pipeline gathering assets. Initially,
the notice will post weekly and is designed to assist our customers with identifying market opportunities by viewing ETRNs imbalance locations and
Operating Capacity. Operating Capacity will be identified through ETRNs interconnect deliveries and potential constraint areas. In addition, for each asset on
the notification, ETRN will post under the Maps section of its Informational Posting Web Site (IPWS) both a schematic and geographic representation of
each pipeline gathering asset.
ETRNs first weekly posting will cover only the EQM Olympus Midstream asset (Belmont area), however, as the weeks progress other gathering assets will
be added to the notice.
To assist customers with navigating through the maps and initial notice, ETRN would like to provide the following information.
All posted gathering pipeline assets will be divided into both a Market Area and Supply Area.
For example, the EQM Olympus Midstream (Belmont area) is divided into the following three market areas and two supply areas. (These designations can
also be seen on the posted maps).
Market Area N: Snake Eyes, Monster Jam
Market Area SW: Stage Coach, Sundance, Gunslinger
Market Area SE: Outlaw
Supply Area S: receipts south of the Captina Creek valve
Supply Area N: receipts north of the Captina Creek valve
For each Market Area, ETRN will include the Operating Capacity, Scheduled Quantity (*), and the Operationally Available Capacity for the interconnect

deliveries and potential constraint areas. We will also include a Shipper Payback Availability indicator to assist customers with identifying where to request
imbalance payback opportunities.
(*) – The posted Scheduled Quantity is an indicator for customers. It is valid only for the date identified in the posting. At this point, ETRN will not update
Scheduled Quantities for each day/cycle.
Within each Market Area, ETRN will include a Shipper Payback Availability indicator. Although shipper imbalances are not broken down by supply or
market area the indicators allow shippers to identify areas where nominations could be adjusted to rectify shipper imbalances. For example, a Due Pipe
indicator of Y means that if a Shipper owes Equitrans Midstream (shipper is short) ETRN may request customers reduce nominations in that particular
Market Area. A Due Shipper indicator of Y means that Equitrans Midstream owes the Shipper (shipper is long) and Equitrans Midstream may request
customers increase nominations in the particular Market Area. All imbalance requests must be coordinated with ETRN and Receipt flow
adjustments/nominations must be made in accordance with agreed upon plan.
As pipeline conditions warrant, the information in the operational update may change, however, ETRN expects to include in each notice, operating capacity
constraints, and maintenance and outage information that will impact customers.
ETRN is working toward automating the information in these weekly notices and expects to post multiple times per day through its Informational Posting
Web Site (IPWS). For convenience and access to notices, maps and maintenance schedules, customers should bookmark the link to ETRNs IPWS

ETRN appreciates any feedback, as the intent of the maps and notices is to provide our customers better visibility into ETRNs gathering pipeline assets.
